The use of 3D technology is becoming increasingly important for various industries including; manufacturing, home building, health care, commercial product marketing, etc. Of course, the entertainment industry has been involved in 3D for quite some time, as a result the invention of the 3doodler, the world’s first 3D printing pen has been created. The 3doodler allows for drawing three-dimensional objects without needing any technical knowledge, software or computers. The device acts a bit like a magic wand, shapes can be drawn in the air, and because the plastic cools quickly 3D models take shape before your eyes. 3Doodler is the brainchild of Peter Dilworth and Max Bogue, co-founders of WobbleWorks LLC. The creators say it’s ideal for creating 3D models, jewelry, ornaments, fridge magnets, and for customizing iPhone cases.
